We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Shipping fee: $12.95
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

2. Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sole Style sneakers as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • BOGO Free items marked as “final sale”
  • Personalized accessories (unless defective)

For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Return request details
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day
  3. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship your return to:

    Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Return Shipping Options

Choose the method that works best for you:

  • Prepaid return label: $8.95 deducted from your refund (available upon request)
  • Self-arranged shipping: Use any carrier of your choice

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color of those popular Animal Print sneakers or All White Styles?

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your initial email, specify the replacement item you’d like
  3. If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference
  4. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Exchange items will ship within 2 business days after we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Basketball Shoes or Block Heels arrive damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  4. Receive a replacement or full refund (your choice)
