Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
- Wait for approval – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to: Sole Style Returns

Return Shipping Options
Choose the shipping method that works for you:
- Prepaid return label: $8.95 deducted from your refund (available upon request)
- Self-arranged shipping: You may use any carrier of your choice
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchange Process
Want a different size or color of those popular Animal Print sneakers or All White Styles?
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your initial email, specify the replacement item you’d like
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference
- If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference
Exchange items will ship within 2 business days after we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Basketball Shoes or Block Heels arrive damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Receive a replacement or full refund (your choice)
